Who We’re Looking For
We seek a professional with a professional mindset and fun demeanor, and at least two years of experience in outbound and inbound high-ticket sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable starting conversations and connecting with people on a personal level. They should be interested in introducing products and services, and working with customers through longer sales cycles. They’ll likely be somewhat extroverted and get a sense of fulfillment when collaborating with and helping people. Enjoying “the hunt” will give them even more advantage.
The best candidate for this opportunity is someone who is looking for a long-term flexible gig with guaranteed pay as a second source of income. The candidate should be comfortable with applying with the prospect of being contacted for future projects that will launch in the near future or at an undetermined later date.
Requirements for This Position
To be considered, you’ll need:
Work Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a US-based customer-facing sales position.
- Experience working with online tools, Microsoft Office Suite, or G-Suite.
- An ability to handle a mid to high volume of phone activity.
- Adaptability to new computer systems, especially CRM and VOIP phone tools.
- Your own computer, noise cancelling headset, and high-speed internet. (Minimum download speed 25 Mbps, upload speed 10 Mbps).
Education
- To have received a diploma or other certification for completing education in a US institution, or the equivalent of 3+ years of US work experience.
What You’ll Do in This Role
If chosen for this opportunity, you’ll engage in:
- Supporting outbound and inbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media for designated outsourced sales development projects.
- Conducting online research.
- Updating database to track sales production and update customer records.
- Using online messaging programs to discuss company business.
- Attending phone and video meetings as needed.
- Providing feedback to help drive campaign results.
