What You Bring
- 1+ year in a customer-facing sales role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, or similar online tools
- Comfortable with mid to high call volumes
- Solid computer and email skills
- Willingness to receive and apply feedback
- Access to your own computer and reliable internet
What You’ll Do
- Handle outbound and inbound sales campaigns via phone, email, and social media
- Update and track customer records using CRMs and online tools
- Participate in team communications and meetings using online platforms
- Conduct online research to support campaigns
