Quality Administrator (Remote)

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating our telesales team's calls and managing data from various CRMs. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of client interactions and driving the success of our telesales campaigns through detailed analysis and feedback.

The responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

- Listen to and evaluate recorded calls based on predefined criteria. Assess the quality of the call, adherence to scripts, and overall effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data from various CRM tools and platforms, such as Clockify, to monitor team performance. Prepare reports on call volumes, conversion rates, and identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting. Identify trends or patterns indicating areas for improvement in sales techniques or processes.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to telesales representatives based on call evaluations.
- Suggest improvements to scripts, sales strategies, and call-handling techniques based on analysis of calls and team performance data.
- Work with the sales and management teams to align quality assurance with broader business objectives.

Desired Skills and Qualifications: 

- Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a telesales or call center environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large sets of data.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telecommunication tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
